Here is the full detailed iron-on guide for you:

1.Cut the patch to match the size of the damaged spot on your clothes, then peel off the white release paper to expose the hot melt adhesive.

2.Place the adhesive side of the patch tightly against the torn fabric.

3.Adjust your flat iron to 120°C-130°C (suitable for cotton & linen fabrics). Steam hanging irons cannot be used for this product.

4.Cover the patch with a thin cloth, press evenly on the surface for around 10 seconds.

5.Leave it to cool down completely. If the patch feels loose after cooling, you can repeat the pressing process several times for stronger adhesion.
